- A medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or Part II of the third schedule of IMC Act 1956
- Postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS/DM/M.Ch in the respective discipline
- Teaching and/or research experience as per NMC/GoI norms for Professor/Additional/Associate/Assistant Professor level
- Indian nationals / OCI cardholders eligible
Age Limit (as on cut-off date)
- Professor / Additional Professor: Not exceeding 58 years
- Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 50 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD (as per GoI rules)
