Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry with a minimum of three years of clinical experience OR Master’s degree in Optometry (M.Optom).
- Hands-on experience in operating ophthalmic diagnostic instruments including Fundus Camera, OCT and Visual Field Analyzer.
- Experience in clinical data collection and patient recruitment is desirable.
- Familiarity with glaucoma-related parameters such as IOP, RNFL thickness, cup–disc ratio, VFI, MD and PSD is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic data processing tools.
- Working knowledge of image formats like DICOM, JPEG and TIFF and data management software used in clinical research.
- Strong understanding of ophthalmic imaging principles and clinical data workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists and clinicians to ensure data readiness for model development.
- Upper age limit 40 years.
