1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have one of the following:

• Ph.D. in Processing and Food Engineering, Food Process Engineering, Food Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Agricultural Process and Food Engineering, Post Harvest Engineering, Dairy and Food Engineering, Food Processing Technology, Food Technology, Food Process Engineering and Management, Food Technology and Management
• OR
• M.Tech./M.E./PG Degree in the above disciplines with a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science and Technology, Food Science
• With at least 1st Division/Class or equivalent grade, 3 years research experience in relevant project, and one published research paper in Science Citation Index (NAAS rated 4.0) journal

2. Age Limit

• Male: 40 years
• Female: 45 years
• Cut-off date: As on the date of interview (28-11-2025)

3. Nationality

Candidates must be Indian citizens (as per university/government norms).

Salary/Stipend

• For Ph.D. Degree holders: ₹67,000/- + HRA per month (Consolidated)
• For Master’s Degree holders: ₹61,000/- + HRA per month (Consolidated)
