ANGRAU Teaching Associate Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in the relevant subject; OR Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 3 years of teaching/research experience evidenced from fellowship/associateship/training/other engagements.
• 4/5 years Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture with first division or equivalent overall grade point average.
• At least one research paper published in Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS rated (>4.0) journal.
• Upper age limit: 40 years for men and 45 years for women on the date of interview.

Age Limit (as on 08-12-2025)

• Maximum age for men candidates: 40 years.
• Maximum age for women candidates: 45 years.

Salary/Stipend

• Rs. 61,000 per month plus HRA for Master’s degree holders.
• Rs. 67,000 per month plus HRA for Ph.D. degree holders.

Selection Process

• Walk‑in interview for selection of Teaching Associates in the Department of Agronomy on full‑time contract basis.
• The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding in all respects.
• The Associate Dean reserves the right to cancel or postpone the interviews due to unavoidable circumstances.

How To Apply

• Candidates have to appear directly for the walk‑in interview on 08 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Agricultural College, Bapatla.
• Selected candidates must undergo medical examination at their own expense to prove physical fitness before appointment.
• No prior online/offline application procedure is mentioned; reporting on the interview date is required.

• Engagement is purely temporary and contractual; it ends after 11 months or on filling of the regular post, whichever is earlier, with no claim for regular appointment or further continuation.
• Contract may be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason; candidates may also leave with one‑month notice or by paying one‑month salary.
• Concealment of facts or canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification or termination even during the contract period.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
