Cotton University Placement Officer Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Placement Officer: Master’s Degree in any discipline (minimum 55% marks) from a reputed Institution/University.
  Preference for: MBA-HR, experience in Human Resources/Training/Career Counseling/placement, liaison with industries, and experience in Assam.
• Multi Tasking Assistant (Accounts): B.Com (preferably major in Accountancy), hands-on Tally ERP, MS Office skills. Preference for experience, but freshers can apply. Good English proficiency required.
• Multi Tasking Assistant: Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline, 1–5 years relevant experience preferred. Must have English proficiency, computer proficiency (Office suite), and familiarity with academic/admin work in higher education. Desirable: 1-year PGDCA/DCA from govt. institute, BCA/BSc-IT/MCA/MSc-IT/CS.

Salary/Stipend

• Placement Officer: ₹30,000 per month (consolidated).
• Multi Tasking Assistant (Accounts): ₹18,000 per month (consolidated), ESI benefits as per rules.
• Multi Tasking Assistant: ₹15,000 per month (consolidated), ESI benefits as per rules.

Age Limit (as on Walk-in Date)

• Placement Officer: Maximum 45 years
• Multi Tasking Assistant (Accounts) & Multi Tasking Assistant: Maximum 40 years

• Walk-in Interview at Conference Hall, MCB Building, Ground Floor, Cotton University, Guwahati.
