Eligibility Criteria

• Block Public Health Manager: B.Sc. in Life Science with Post Graduate Degree in Management / Diploma in Management. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Block Epidemiologist: M.Sc. in Life Science/ Epidemiology OR BAMS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Laboratory Technician: Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/ Biological Science AND Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from School of Tropical Medicine. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Block Data Manager: Graduate from any recognized university and have completed at least 1 year Diploma course in Computer Application. Minimum 3 years experience in Government Sector or 5 years experience in Private Sector in data recording and data analysis. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Psychiatrist (NMHP): MBBS with Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB) or Diploma (DPM) in Psychiatry awarded by a UGC recognized University and recognized by NMC. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Municipality Accounts Manager under NUHM: B.Com (From UGC recognized Universities) with 2 Years experience in Accounts & Finance and proficiency in Tally Accounting Software & MS Office. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP): B.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing / M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing / DPN. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Psychiatric Social Worker: Master of Social Work (MSW) or M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work of 2 years duration, with minimum 1 year experience from any recognized institution. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Audiologist under NPPCD: Bachelor in Audiology & Speech language Pathology / B. Sc. (Speech & Hearing) from RCI recognized Institute. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Dental Hygienist (NOHP) under NHM: Diploma in Dental Hygienist Course from a DCI recognized Institute, valid registration from WB Dental Council, and at least 2 years of experience. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Dental Technician (NOHP) under NHM: Passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology AND Two Years Diploma Course in Dental Technology, with valid registration from WB Dental Council. Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and have knowledge of local language.
• Clinical Psychologist (NMHP) under NHM: Having a recognized qualification in Clinical Psychology from an RCI approved institution OR Post Graduate degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology AND M.Phil in Clinical Psychology/Medical and Social Psychology. Minimum one year experience from any recognized institution.
• Yoga Professional (Block Level) under NPCDCS Programme (NAM): Secondary / Madhyamik passed and One year Yoga Certificate / Diploma in Yoga from recognized university/ Institute. The candidate must be registered with WBCYN.
• Pharmacist (Homoeopathy) (Block Level) under NPCDCS Programme (NAM): Madhyamik / Secondary passed and Diploma/ Certificate course in Homoeopathic pharmacy, with computer knowledge.
• Pharmacist (Ayurveda) (Block Level) under NPCDCS Programme (NAM): Madhyamik / Secondary passed and Diploma/ Certificate course in Ayurvedic pharmacy, with computer knowledge.
• Male Yoga Instructor at AYUSH HWC under National AYUSH Mission (NAM): Secondary / Madhyamik passed and One year Yoga and Naturopathy Certificate/Degree/Diploma course run by WBCYN, and registered with WBCYN.
• Female Yoga Instructor at AYUSH HWC under National AYUSH Mission (NAM): Secondary / Madhyamik passed and One year Yoga and Naturopathy Certificate/Degree/Diploma course run by WBCYN, and registered with WBCYN. 

Salary/Stipend

• Block Public Health Manager: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
• Block Epidemiologist: Rs. 35,000/- per month.
• Laboratory Technician: Rs. 22,000/- per month.
• Block Data Manager: Rs. 22,000/- per month.
• Psychiatrist (NMHP): Rs. 70,000/- per month for PG Degree, or Rs. 65,000/- per month for PG Diploma.
• Municipality Accounts Manager under NUHM: Rs. 26,000/- per month.
• Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP): Rs. 28,000/- per month.
• Psychiatric Social Worker: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
• Audiologist under NPPCD: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
• Dental Hygienist (NOHP) under NHM: Rs. 22,000/- per month.
• Dental Technician (NOHP) under NHM: Rs. 22,000/- per month.
• Clinical Psychologist (NMHP) under NHM: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
• Yoga Professional (Block Level) under NPCDCS Programme (NAM): Rs. 20,000/- per month.
• Pharmacist (Homoeopathy) (Block Level) under NPCDCS Programme (NAM): Rs. 15,000/- per month.

• Male Yoga Instructor at AYUSH HWC under National AYUSH Mission (NAM): Rs. 8,000/- (32 sessions @ Rs. 250/- per session).
• Female Yoga Instructor at AYUSH HWC under National AYUSH Mission (NAM): Rs. 5,000/- (20 sessions @ Rs. 250/- per session).

• General Candidates: Rs. 100.00.

Selection Process

• Selection process involves proportionate marking against M.Sc. Life Science/Epidemiology or BAMS/BHMS/BUMS with MPH (50 marks), additional marks for Ph.D/M.Phil (10 marks), experience (max 10 marks), Computer Test (20 marks, 50% qualifying), and Interview (10 marks). Total Marks - 100.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for document verification, Computer Test, and Interview.

General Information/Instructions

• The posts are purely on a contractual basis and valid up to 31-03-2026, extendable based on performance and scheme continuation.
• Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal.
