Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).
• Essential qualifications: In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI).

Salary/Stipend

• Professor: Consolidated pay equals to Rs. 2,60,226/- per month as on the date of advertisement.
• Associate Professor: Consolidated pay equals to Rs. 1,73,045/- per month as on the date of advertisement.
• Assistant Professor: Consolidated pay equals to Rs. 1,48,669/- per month as on the date of advertisement.

Age Limit (as on 26-12-2025)

• Maximum Age: 69 years

General Information/Instructions

• Selected, they must submit updated Medical Registration Certificate before joining.
• Candidates working in Govt./ Autonomous/ Statutory Institution should preferably have "NOC" at the time of Interview from their Employer. In case of immediate non-availability of the same, copy of "applied for NOC" and undertaking to be submitted at the time of Document Verification before allowing interview.
• No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as teaching faculty at ESIC Medical College & Hospital Faridabad.
• The candidate appointed under PwD quota will be adjusted against the vacancy of respective categories of General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS.
• The maximum tenure of such engagement will be up to 70 years of age for teaching faculty or till the expiry of the tenure, whichever is earlier, provided all other rules and regulations are satisfied.
• As per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11/01/2/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022, or any subsequent orders issued by the Headquarters Office, eligibility will be determined accordingly
• Refundable upon completion of contract and submission of No Dues Certificate. Forfeited if candidate resigns within six months (except under exceptional circumstances).
• Fees, once paid, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

How to Apply

• Mandatory Offline Application Submission: Candidates must also bring their completed offline application form (attached with the advertisement) along with self-attested copies of documents as specified in Clause (J) and the provided checklist at the time of document verification.
• Document Verification and Interview: Only candidates whose documents are successfully verified by the Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear before the interview Board.
• Multiple Post Applications: Candidates may apply for multiple posts listed in this advertisement if they meet the eligibility criteria for each. A separate application, along with required documents and applicable fees, must be submitted for each post.
• Cut-off Date: The deadline for determining age, educational qualifications, and other eligibility criteria as on the date of Walk in Interview.
• Candidates must appear before the Document Verification Committee on the interview date prior to being permitted to attend the interview. They are also required to submit their offline application form (attached) along with self-attested copies of the documents
