• Research Assistant (RA): Post graduate or MBA in regular mode with minimum 60% marks in Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Management, Sociology, Public Health or allied fields.
• Field Investigator (FI): Graduate in regular mode with minimum 60% marks in the above or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated skills in field studies and analysis, and familiarity with data sources such as Census, NSSO, and Ministry of Jal Shakti sources are preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of tools such as SPSS or R, with basic qualitative coding considered desirable.
• Fluency in Hindi and English and readiness for field travel across districts in Uttar Pradesh are required.
• Strong report-writing ability for policy-style outputs is expected.
