Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Management or Psychology or relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise.
  • Excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects from a reputed institute/university, completed in regular mode.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, with strong preference for research-oriented roles.
  • Preference for candidates with demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies.
  • At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed national or international journal, showing ability for independent research and proper methodological application.
• Desirable Qualifications / Skills:
  • Experience in primary/field data collection and analysis.
  • Experience in publishing research papers.
  • Expertise in qualitative research methodologies and good understanding of quantitative research.
  • Proficiency in SPSS; knowledge of NVivo and AI tools is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

• Selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship in the range of Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-.
• HRA will be provided as per applicable norms in addition to the consolidated fellowship.
