• SRF (with M.Tech degree): M.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the concerned or allied discipline/area, B.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and 2 years of research experience.
• JRF (with M.Tech degree): M.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering in the concerned or allied discipline/area, B.Tech with First class in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and GATE qualified.
