IIT (BHU) Varanasi RA-II Recruitment 2025 – Overview

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D./MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree
  OR
• MVSc / M.Pharm / ME / M.Tech + 3 years of research, teaching, and design & development experience + at least one research paper in SCI journal

Desirable Qualifications (Strongly Preferred)

• Strong background in Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or allied fields
• Demonstrated expertise in droplet microfluidics / microfabrication
• Strong publication record in energy storage research
• Proficiency in high-speed imaging
• Excellent academic writing and communication skills

Age Limit

• Upper age: 50 years (service tenure not to exceed 60 years)
• Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD candidates as per GoI rules

Selection Process

• Screening of applications
• Written test / Interview (only shortlisted candidates will be called)
• No TA/DA will be paid
