• Qualification: Three-year Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates having prior field experience in areas such as building maintenance, preparation of technical estimates, tender preparation, and other site-related works will be given preference.

Salary/ Stipend

• Consolidated stipend of Rs. 25,000 (Rupees twenty-five thousand only) per month will be paid during the contract period.
• Free hostel accommodation may be provided, subject to availability.

General Information/ Instructions

• Any dispute with regard to the selection/recruitment process will be subject to the Courts/tribunals having jurisdiction over Guwahati.
• Candidates will not have any claim for a regular appointment in the Institute on the strength of this temporary appointment.
• These are purely temporary posts under contractual appointment. The contract period will be for one year (11 months initial) and can be extended based on satisfactory performance and the requirements of the Institute (may be extended for another 2 terms of 11 months each).
