Eligibility Criteria

• PG or M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work or Medical Social Work is required as the essential qualification.
• M.Phil. candidates must have at least one year of experience.
• PG candidates must have at least three years of experience.
• The maximum age limit for the post is 40 years.
• The experience requirement may be relaxed for meritorious candidates.

Salary / Stipend

• The consolidated salary for the Wellness Manager post is in the range of ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for the Wellness Manager position is 40 years.
• The experience requirement may be relaxed for meritorious candidates, as per institute discretion.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a Written Test and/or Interview.
• The Written Test and/or Interview will be conducted at the IIT Indore campus.

General Information / Instructions

• The engagement is on a contract basis, initially for one year and renewable annually for up to a maximum duration of five years based on satisfactory performance and discretion of the institute authorities.
• Contract tenure will commence from the date of joining.
• The position is residential, and the wellness managers must be available on campus on different shifts for the Institute community.
• The wellness managers will be required to attend crises and emergencies on campus at any time.
