Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Science/Commerce/Arts)
  • Post Graduate preferred – MSW / MA in Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agri, Agri Marketing) / BA with B.Ed. etc.
  • Must have flair for teaching and sound Computer Knowledge
• Experience: Previous experience as Faculty preferred
• Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken & written Tamil (local language). Fluency in English is an added advantage
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Internet, Tally. Typing skills in English essential; Tamil typing preferred
• Other Requirement: Valid Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler Driving License (field visits involved)

Salary/Stipend

• Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000/- per month
• Annual Performance Incentive: ₹2,000/- × 5 = ₹40,000/- (maximum)
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,500/- per month (on declaration basis, subject to minimum visits/follow-ups)
• Mobile Allowance: ₹300/- per month
• Total Monthly Emolument (approx): ₹32,800/- to ₹35,800/- + Annual Incentive
• Contract Period: 3 Years

Age Limit 

• Minimum Age: 25 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years
• Age Relaxation: As per Government norms (if applicable)
