IRCON International Limited, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Railways, has issued Advertisement No. C-24/2025 for the recruitment of 02 posts (UR-01, OBC-01) of Senior Works Engineer/S&T on contract basis for its Bengaluru Kavach Project. The company, known for executing large-scale infrastructure projects in railways, highways, and power sectors both in India and abroad, seeks candidates with a full-time Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from an AICTE-approved institute, with at least 60% marks. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in areas such as Electronic Interlocking, Relay Interlocking, Automatic Signaling, Telecom Works, or Kavach, and should not exceed 35 years of age as on 01.12.2025, with relaxations applicable as per government guidelines.

The positions offer a fixed consolidated pay of Rs. 40,000/- per month, along with a 5% annual increment after each completed year of service, plus benefits like medical insurance reimbursement (up to Rs. 4,000/- premium for Rs. 3 lakh coverage), PF contributions, one monthly leave, and TA/DA for outstation duties. The initial contract is for one year, extendable based on performance and project needs. Selection will be through walk-in interviews scheduled for 06.01.2026 from 10:00 AM onwards at IRCON's office in National Games Village, Koramangala, Bengaluru. • In addition to above emoluments, the candidates would also be provided annual increment of 5% on Fixed Consolidated Pay after each completed year of service.
