JPCH Junior Resident Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must possess an MBBS degree from a recognized University.
• Candidate must have valid registration with Delhi Medical Council.
• Candidate must not have completed one year of Junior Residency in any recognized institution, including regular and adhoc service.
• Candidate should have completed compulsory rotating internship after 07.12.2023.
• OBC/EWS certificate must be issued by Govt. of NCT of Delhi before the date of interview, with current year Non Creamy Layer certificate along with caste certificate for OBC.
• All appointments are subject to medical fitness by the medical board of JPCH and verification of educational qualification, age, caste, valid DMC registration certificate, and internship completion certificate.
• Selected candidates must give an undertaking that they are not working and will not work in any Government or private health care facility during their tenure at this hospital.

Age Limit

• Maximum age for General category candidates: 30 years on the closing date of submission of application.
• Maximum age for SC/ST candidates: 35 years on the closing date of submission of application.
• Maximum age for OBC candidates: 33 years on the closing date of submission of application.

Salary/Stipend

• Junior Resident (MBBS) will be paid in the pay scale of Rs. 56,100–1,77,500 in Level 10.

Selection Process

• Mode of selection is through interview only.
• Candidates must report for interview in the Administrative Block (5th Floor), Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital, on the scheduled date and time.
• In case of very high number of applications, the interview may be continued on the next working days, which will be informed verbally by Board Members on the date of interview.
• Competent authority reserves the right of any amendment or cancellation of the advertisement and to decide in case of any dispute with regard to the selection process.

How To Apply

• Interested candidates have to attend the walk-in-interview at Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital as per the given schedule.

• Hostel accommodation is mandatory for selected candidates, subject to availability.
• All appointments are subject to medical fitness by the JPCH medical board and verification of all relevant certificates.
• Offer letter will be treated as cancelled if the candidate does not appear before the medical board or is found unfit in medical examination.
• The appointment is purely adhoc for 89 days; extension may be granted with one-day mandatory break subject to satisfactory performance and approval of competent authority.
• In case of any dispute regarding the selection process, the decision of the competent authority will be final.
