Eligibility Criteria

PGT (Chemistry): Master’s degree in the concerned subject with B.Ed. from a recognized University and at least 2 years teaching experience as PGT.
TGT (English/Science/Social Science): Bachelor’s degree in the concerned subject with B.Ed. from a recognized University and at least 2 years teaching experience as TGT.
SGT (Primary): Bachelor’s degree with Diploma in Teacher Training (D.T.Ed.) or B.Ed., and minimum 2 years teaching experience as SGT handling all subjects at primary level.

Selection Process

Selection is through a walk-in interview conducted at Besant Theosophical Higher Secondary School, Besant Nagar, Chennai.
Eligible applicants must present a demo class and then attend an interview in front of the Selection Committee.
Kalakshetra Foundation/BTHS reserves the right to cancel or alter the number of vacancies and desirable qualifications depending on the number of applicants.
