Essential Qualifications
Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or in equivalent stream (from a reputed and Govt. recognized Institution)Desirable Qualifications
M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or in equivalent stream (from a reputed and Govt. recognized Institution). Persons with additional qualifications, research and experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred.

Important Requirements
- Statement of Good Health from recognized physician required prior to appointment.
- Police verification mandatory for all consultants.

- No private assignments permitted during contract period.
- Adherence to Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Annual Performance Review based on KPIs for continuation.
- Up to 5% annual enhancement in remuneration based on exceptional performance.
- Maximum remuneration cannot exceed 1.20 times initial remuneration.
