Eligibility Criteria

• Essential:
  • Master’s Degree in Geology/Hydrogeology/Earth Science or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Agricultural Engg. AND 8 years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services, out of which 4 years should be in science and technology program, planning, development and co-operation.
  • OR Doctoral Degree in Geology/Earth Science or Master’s in Water Resource Engg./Civil Engg./Agricultural Engg./Hydrology AND 4 years’ experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations and scientific activities and services.
• Desirable: Experience of carrying out bathymetric survey / Geophysical survey / pumping tests / Water Isotope / environmental tracers sampling, analysis and interpretation

Salary/Stipend

• Rs. 67,000/- per month + HRA (as applicable)

Age Limit

• Maximum 50 years as on the date of interview (22-12-2025)
• Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and physically handicapped candidates as per Govt. of India rules
