NIMHANS Accounts/Admin Assistant Recruitment 2025 - Qualification

Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Management/Administration, M.com, MBA The applicant should be conversant in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada language.

Desirable Experience: Experience working as Admin/Accounts assistant is desirable. Working knowledge of any accounting software is desirable

Nature of Work

  • Assist in admin and accounts activities
  • Data entry, staff attendance
  • Assist in organizing monthly meetings and trainings
  • Coordinating and managing office files/documents
  • Maintaining stocks and asset register
  • Verification and preparation of TA/DA of staff and participants
  • Assisting in preparing honorarium for field workers
  • Maintenance of office space
  • Any other work assigned by the investigators

How to Attend Walk-in Selection?

  1. Candidates must register their names half an hour before the written test (by 10:00 AM)
  2. Bring Resume + Original Testimonials + one set of photocopies
  3. One recent passport-size photograph is required
  4. Candidates currently working in any NIMHANS project must bring No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the PI

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test/interview.
