There is a total of 1 vacancy for the position of Field Investigator (FI).

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Post-graduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Essential qualifications: Post-graduate in Anthropology, Sociology, Environmental Studies, Social Work, or related disciplines.
• Desirable:
  • Familiarity with field-based qualitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in Odia (spoken and written) and basic communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to stay and work in remote rural areas during fieldwork periods.
• Experience: Period of experience counts after acquiring the minimum prescribed educational qualifications.

Salary/Stipend

• Selected candidates will receive a consolidated amount of INR 20,000.00 per month.
• The tenure of the post is 06 months (For the Tenure as Mentioned above).

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for applying for the project position shall be 32 years as on the last date of application receipt (31 December 2025).
• The limit is relaxed up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/PwD and Female applicants.
• It is relaxed up to 3 years in the case of OBCs (Non-creamy layer candidates).

Selection Process

• Mere possession of minimum qualification does not guarantee invitation to the interview.
• Candidates will be short-listed based on merit and need of the project.
• Only short-listed candidates will be informed for Online interview.
• Selection/Joining will be cancelled in case of any suppression of information/documents submitted.

• Engagement will be purely on a temporary/contractual basis and co-terminus with the completion of the project.
