Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• Conversant with the functioning of Central/State Government Ministries/Departments and their organisations, Government rules & regulations, and e-Office.
• Proficient in noting and drafting.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and Email.
• Experience in any one of the following: framing policies, regulations, recruitment rules, coordination, administrative matters, outsourcing, procurement, establishment & service rules (FRSR).

Salary/Stipend

• Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand only) per month.
• The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular appointment.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a skill test (if required) and interview before a Selection Committee.
• No TA/DA is admissible for attending the skill test or interview.

General Information/Instructions

• The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year, extendable yearly depending on performance and as per MoHFW guidelines.
• The engagement does not confer any right to a regular appointment in NOTTO or the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
• NOTTO reserves the right to withdraw or modify the engagement process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents may be rejected.
