Eligibility Criteria

• TGT Science (Essential):
  • Four years integrated degree course from NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in concerned subjects and aggregate OR
  • Bachelor’s/Honors Degree with at least 50% marks in concerned subject & aggregate + B.Ed OR
  • Post Graduation in concerned subject with minimum 55% marks + 3 years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed OR
  • Qualified in Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET Paper-II) conducted by Govt. of India
  • Competence to teach through English & Hindi
• Desirable: Teaching experience in recognized/residential school, Knowledge of computer applications, Knowledge of regional languages
• Matron: Married females (including widows/divorcees without encumbrances)

Age Limit (as on specified dates)

• TGT Science: Maximum 50 years as on 01.01.2025 (65 years for Ex-NVS teachers as on 01.07.2025)
• Matron: Minimum 35 years and Maximum 55 years at the time of engagement

Salary/Stipend

• TGT Science: ₹34,125/- per month (consolidated)
• Matron: Minimum wages for unskilled industrial workers (Building operation sector) + Free boarding & lodging + medical facilities as available in MI room
• Tenure for both posts: Up to 30.04.2026
