PU Project Associate – I, Technical Assistant Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Project Associate – I (5 Posts): Post-graduation in Chemistry with Qualified JRF (Assistant Professor) or without JRF OR Post-graduation in Physics with 55% marks or equivalent OR BE/BTech in Mechanical/Biotechnology
  Preference: Knowledge of python/C++ programming, Quasi Particle calculations/Lattice dynamics, Hands-on experience with HPC facilities, Materials synthesis & characterization, HPLC, GC
• Project Associate – I (Biomaterials – 2 Posts): Post graduate degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences/Any branch of life sciences with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
  Preference: Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, drug nanoformulation, Microbiology/Biotechnology/molecular biology techniques
• Technical Assistant (1 Post): UG degree with experience on computer handling knowledge (Typing, Word, Excel, PPT etc)
  Science graduate is preferred

Salary/Stipend

• Project Associate – I: Rs. 37,000/- + 20% HRA (Those who take hostel provided by PU will not get HRA)
• Technical Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- pm (Fixed)

• Selection will be based on the interview and academic performances

• Selected candidates may have to travel to partner institutes (IISc Bangalore, JEST Shibpur, Calicut University, etc.) for collaborative work
