Eligibility Criteria

Clerk:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from recognized university
• 120 hours computer course with IT experience from Government recognized or ISO 9001 certified institution
• OR O-level DOEACC certificate
• Punjabi or equivalent at matriculation level with 50% marks

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 37 years (General)
• Age Relaxation for SC/ST: 5 years (maximum 42 years)
• Age Relaxation for OBC: 5 years (maximum 42 years)
• Age Relaxation for PWD: 10 years (maximum 47 years)
• Age Relaxation for Government Employees: 8 years (maximum 45 years)
• Age Relaxation for Widows/Divorcees: 3 years (maximum 40 years)

Salary / Stipend

• Clerk (Level-2): Rs. 19,900/- per month

• Written Examination (Objective type, Multiple Choice Questions) - Part A (Punjabi Language Matriculation Level - Qualifying, minimum 50% marks required)
• Written Examination Part B (Merit-based with negative marking - 1 mark per question, 1/4 mark deduction for incorrect answer)
• Document Verification/Scrutiny by competent authority
• English and Punjabi Typing Test at 30 words per minute (Qualifying Nature, mandatory to pass)
• Counseling for verification of all documents
• Common Merit List preparation based on Part B marks and typing test qualification
