मई अंत से जुलाई तक हरे तेले का प्रकोप हो तो 40 मि.ली.ईमिडाक्लोपरिड 200 एस एल (कोन्फीडोर) या 40 ग्राम एकतारा (थियामेथोक्सम 25% WG) को 120 से 150 लीटर पानी में घोलकर प्रति एकड़ फसल में छिड़काव करें।
• जुलाई अंत से मध्य अगस्त तक हरे तेले का आक्रमण अधिक हो जाये तो छिड़काव के लिए 75 मि.ली. स्पाईनोसेड (ट्रेसर ) 45 एस सी या 1 लीटर नीम (अचूक या निम्बिसिडीन) को 150 से 175 लीटर पानी में मिलाकर प्रति एकड़ छिड़कें।
• यदि अगस्त सितम्बर माह में हरे तेले का आक्रमण अधिक हो जाए तो निम्न कीटनाशकों में से किसी एक कीटनाशक का स्प्रे करें जैसे :- 400 मि.ली.रोगोर (डाईमेथोएट 30 ई.सी) या 500 मि.ली.मेटासिस्टाक्स (ऑक्सीडेमेटॉन मिथाइल 25 ई.सी) या 40 मि.ली.ईमिडाक्लोपरिड 200 एस एल (कोन्फीडोर) या 40 ग्राम एकतारा (थियामेथोक्सम 25% डब्ल्यू.जी.) या 400 मिली अप्प्लॉड (बुप्रोफेज़िन 25% एस.सी) या 240 ग्राम पोलो (डायफेन्थियूरॉन 50% डब्ल्यू.पी.) को 200 लीटर पानी में मिलाकर प्रति एकड़ छिडकाव करें |
