GANGA KALYANA SCHMEME The scheme is a fully subsidized scheme, bore wells, pumps and electrification are provided to minorities, and small farmers living in rural areas.For individual Bore well project, the government has allocated Rs.3.75 lakhs for 1. Bangalore Rural 2. Kolar 3. Chikkaballapur 4. Ramanagara 5. Tumkur districts and Rs.2.25 lakhs for other districts. Eligibility: 1. The applicant should belong to a religious minority community as defined in the Government Order. 2. Each beneficiary should have 1 acre 20 gunte (1 acre 50 cents) of acre to 5 acres of dry land, in districts like Kodagu, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Chikkamagaluru, Shimoga and Hassan, the minimum land should be 1 acre as the availability of land is very less. 3. Applicants should be permanent residents of Karnataka State. 4. Applicants should be small / very small tenant farmers. 5. Family income from all sources should not exceed Rs.6.00 lakh.. 6. Documents: 1.Caste certificate issued by competent authority 2.Income certificate issued by competent authority3.Copy of Aadhaar Card (Proof of Residence) 3.Latest RTC copy 4.Small/ Very Small Tenant Certificate issued by Competent Authority 5.Copy of Bank Pass Book 6.Receipt of payment of land-revenue 7.Self declaration letter 8.Self declaration letter of guarantor ಗಂಗಾ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಯೋಜನೆ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಣ್ಣ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಬೋರ್‌ವೆಲ್‌ಗಳು, ಪಂಪ್‌ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯುದ್ದೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಬೋರ್‌ವೆಲ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗಾಗಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು 1. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ 2. ಕೋಲಾರ 3. ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ 4. ರಾಮನಗರ 5. ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.3.75 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.2.25 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಅರ್ಹತೆ: 1. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. 2. ಕೊಡಗು, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಉಡುಪಿ, ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಮತ್ತು ಹಾಸನದಂತಹ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗೆ 1 ಎಕರೆ 20 ಗುಂಟೆ (1 ಎಕರೆ 50 ಸೆಂಟ್ಸ್) ಎಕರೆಯಿಂದ 5 ಎಕರೆ ಒಣ ಭೂಮಿ ಇರಬೇಕು, ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಭೂಮಿ 1 ಎಕರೆ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 3. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. 4. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಸಣ್ಣ / ಅತಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ಹಿಡುವಳಿದಾರ ರೈತರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. 5. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.6.00 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೀರಬಾರದು.. 6. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 18 ವರ್ಷಗಳು. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಮಿತಿ 55 ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು: 1. ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಜಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ 2. ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ 3. ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನ ಪ್ರತಿ (ವಾಸದ ಪುರಾವೆ) 3. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ RTC ಪ್ರತಿ 4. ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಸಣ್ಣ / ಅತಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ಹಿಡುವಳಿದಾರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ 5. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಪುಸ್ತಕದ ಪ್ರತಿ 6. ಭೂ-ಕಂದಾಯ ಪಾವತಿಯ ರಸೀದಿ 7. ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಪತ್ರ 8. ಖಾತರಿ ಪತ್ರದ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಪತ್ರ
