The nutrient recommendation for Coffee above 5 year and yielding around 300 kg/year is 50:41:50 gram NPK/plant. The fertilizers dose needed is 114 gram urea, 225 gram rock phosphate and 83 gram Muriate of Potash respectively for a plant. The fertilizers have to be applied in 2-3 split doses. In addition to the suggested dosage, 50 kg urea per acre may be broadcasted during break in monsoon to combat fruit drop due to soil saturation.
